I wanted to quickly jump on today because I’m really excited to share that I’ve added a new assessment to my Health Blueprint Intensive. If you haven’t heard of that before, it’s simply because I’ve been building it quietly in the background. I’ll be sharing more about it soon, but today I want to explain why I decided to include this new assessment for clients, because every tool I use has a purpose.
Why I Added This Assessment
I’m always looking for ways to understand the women I work with on a deeper level. That’s the question I ask myself constantly:
How can I understand her more clearly?
This new assessment, essentially a testing kit, adds another layer to the picture. It doesn’t replace anything I already use. It simply expands the clarity.
If you don’t know this about me yet: I’m always learning. Always refining. Always asking how I can build a more complete understanding of what’s happening inside a woman’s body.
The First Step: The Voice Scan
I always begin with the voice scan, and I’ll add a link below so you can take yours. It’s free.
The voice scan gives both of us an energetic snapshot of what’s happening inside your body at that moment — similar to how a blood test gives you a snapshot of your physiology. Alongside that, I take a very detailed health history, because your perspective matters just as much as the data.
But I wanted one more layer.
Why Women Need More Than One Assessment
One of the biggest mistakes in women’s health is assuming that women with the same diagnosis — like fibroids — share the same symptoms, the same causes, or the same needs. They don’t.
Two women can both have fibroids, yet:
- what contributed to their development
- what’s keeping them growing
- and what their body needs next
can be completely different.
This is why personalisation is everything. Your symptoms tell a story. Your health history tells a story. Your voice scan tells a story. And now, this new assessment adds another piece to that story.
Individually, each assessment has value. Together, they form one coherent picture.
What This New Assessment Adds
The new testing kit uses hair and saliva. Once I have:
- your voice scan
- your full health history
- and your test results
I bring everything together before making any recommendations.
My job is to interpret the data, identify the patterns, connect the dots, and create a personalised roadmap that reflects your body, your circumstances, and your needs.
This gives you far more context than simply being told your blood tests are normal.
What I Hope This Addition Brings
I’m hoping this new layer brings:
- greater clarity
- a more personalised starting point
- and a deeper understanding of what’s happening inside your body
As my understanding evolves, the way I support women evolves too. I refine what I do because every woman deserves to be understood as a whole person, not reduced to a diagnosis.
What’s Coming Next
In my next video, I’m going to show you the assessment kit. I’ll walk you through what it is, what it looks like, what it contains, and exactly how it works.
Watch out for that one and I’ll catch you soon.
