Hi again, it’s Valerie Yamina. Today I’m sharing the testing kit I mentioned in my last video. If you haven’t seen that one, I explained why I added this assessment to the Health Blueprint Intensive. It all comes down to one simple principle:
The better I understand what’s happening in your body, the more precisely I can personalise your support. Specificity creates better outcomes. It’s that simple.
So today, I want to show you the kit itself and walk you through exactly what you’ll receive.
What’s Inside the Testing Kit
This is the box — a lovely green box that honestly feels like opening a Christmas present. Inside, you’ll find everything you need for your hair and saliva samples.
Here’s what’s included:
1. Glass vial for saliva
It comes with a tag so you can label it with your name.
2. Three instruction cards

Testing Agreement (you’ll need to complete and sign this)
3. Hair sample envelope
You only need three to four strands — no shaving required. Just pluck a couple of hairs and place them inside.
4. Return label
This is the address label you’ll use to send your samples back.
5. Saliva swab
It looks like a large cotton bud. The tip is where you’ll collect your saliva sample. I’m not doing mine yet because I missed today’s postage cut-off, but I’ll show you how to take the test in the next video.
How Your Samples Are Analysed
Once you send off your samples, they’re analysed using bioresonance.
I already use bioresonance through the voice scan — your voice carries frequency data that reveals what’s happening inside your body. There’s evidence behind this technology, and although it’s not mainstream yet, it is being used to detect disease*. That’s why I love it: it’s simple, non‑invasive, and incredibly revealing.
Over time, voice scans show patterns. I’ll share one of my own reports soon — there’s a particular issue that shows up repeatedly for me. What I want to find out now is whether the same thing appears in my hair and saliva results. If it does, I’ll know exactly where to focus.
Why This Matters for Women With Fibroids
Here’s the issue I see with so many women:
They do the research — which is great — but then they take supplements simply because the research says they’re good for fibroids. Green tea extract, vitamin D, DIM, herbs… all useful, but not specific to the individual.
Research gives general guidance. Your body needs precision.
That’s why I’m adding this testing kit. When I combine:
your voice scan
your detailed health history
your hair and saliva results
we get a much bigger picture. More clues. More accuracy. And when those clues are interpreted together, that’s when we begin to understand you — not just the diagnosis.
Why I’m Doing the Test Myself
In the next video, I’ll show you exactly how to take the test. I want to do it myself first because I don’t expect you to do anything I haven’t done. It’s important for me to understand the process, see my own results, and correlate them with my voice scan.
The results take about two to three weeks to come back. Once they do, I’ll share:
what the report looks like
what showed up for me
and how it matches (or doesn’t match) my voice scan
What’s Next
I’ll see you in the next video, where I’ll walk you through how to take the test step‑by‑step.
Enjoy the rest of your day.
