It is heartbreaking when I see women opting for this procedure. It often comes after many years of PMS and menstrual health issues, of course. Issues that were likely suppressed due to long term birth control use. The misogyny is so rampant in this area of women’s healthcare, but the mainstream wants us to turn a blind eye to it and feel “empowered” because we have abortion. Great post!
