Understanding Your Score
Now you have your score, you might be feeling a mix of emotions. Perhaps concern, confusion, or maybe even a little fear. But just know that a lower score is only the beginning. And for most women who find their way to me, this is exactly where they start too.
Your score simply means your body is carrying more strain than you might have realised. It reflects the cumulative impact of stress, environment, hormonal imbalance, lifestyle, and the compensations your system has been making for years. None of this is your fault, and neither does it means you’ve done something wrong. It just means your body has been working much harder than it should, and now it’s asking for support.
Most women who take this audit land in this range because they have never been given a full picture of what’s happening in their body. Right now, you are probably managing symptoms, juggling conflicting advice, and trying to make sense of a condition that is rarely explained in a meaningful way. So a score like this is is more common than you think.
What your score des give you is a map. It highlights the areas that need attention, the systems that are under strain, and the patterns that may be contributing to your symptoms. It shows you where the gaps are, where the opportunities lie, and where your body is signalling for change. This is information you can use. Its is clarity you can build on, which is exactly what you want.
And most importantly, this score is simply a snapshot. It is a starting point that helps you understand what your body has been dealing with, what it may need next, and from here, things can only become clearer.
I’ll write to you again to walk you through what this means for your next steps and how to use this insight to support your health in a long-term, sustainable way.
I have picked out a few articles for you to have a look at, which will really help you start understanding your body, and this one is a great place to start. I feel very strongly about this simply because most women place their health and body into the hands of a complete stranger, simply because they have a title in front of their name.
Becoming the expert in your own body, in my mind is the first step to becoming less dependant on the current ‘healthcare’ system, which really is a sick-care system, as they manage symptoms rather than deal with the root cause, but I can share more with you another time.
